Marybelle
Owner and horticulturist
Graduated from the Centre horticole de Laval in 2021, I founded the company that same year with a simple goal: to work outside, do what I love… and create jobs that people actually enjoy doing.
Whether in the field, at the office, behind the drawing board, or behind the wheel of a truck — I wear many hats throughout the seasons!
What motivates me every day? Seeing my team thrive while helping to beautify the spaces our clients live in.
Emmanuelle
Team leader and horticulturist
Graduated from the Centre horticole de Laval in 2021, Emmanuelle met Marybelle during her training — and she’s been part of the PHMB adventure since day one.
With a background in the pharmaceutical field and experience in garden centers, she brings a unique perspective to the team.
Today, she keeps growing her knowledge with passion… and can name (almost) every plant with her eyes closed!
Sophie
Horticulturist
She joined our team in 2023 after a career as an industrial designer. Thanks to her, our trailers are well thought out, tidy… and more functional than ever!
She trained with us and is now a methodical, ultra-organized horticulturist — always two steps ahead in the field.
Her superpower? Turning every logistical challenge into a simple, effective solution.
Cindy
Horticulturist
After graduating from the Centre horticole de Laval in 2023, Cindy joined us during her training… and we never let her go!
Since coming on full-time, she’s made her mark as both an outstanding horticulturist and a team field leader.
Bright, attentive, and highly skilled, she truly embodies the values of PHMB!
Arianne
Horticulturist
She joined the team in 2023 and did her training directly with us.
Since then, she’s become an efficient and versatile horticulturist. No matter the task, she handles it with skill and confidence.
A key player in the field, and we’re lucky to have her with us!

Graduated from the Centre horticole de Laval, Mélissa did her internship with us in 2024... and from the first week, we all said to each other:
" Do we keep her? "Hahaha - the response was unanimous! We needed her in the team!
Since then, she has become a hard-working horticulturist, a go-getter and always ready, no matter the task.
She’s our queen of jokes — when she’s around, the good vibes are guaranteed!
Jessica
Horticulturist
A former truck driver, Jessica made a green career shift in 2024 by joining our team. She was trained hands-on, right here in the field!
Today, she combines her work as a horticulturist with managing logistics — from orders and deliveries to planting projects.
She stands out with her creative organizational skills and her ability to keep a thousand things moving at once!

Rosalie
Horticulturist
A recent graduate from the Laval Horticultural Center, Rosalie already has an impressive background! She’s worked in garden centers and as a horticultural technician in the cannabis industry.
This year, she joins our team with her eagle eye — nothing gets past her! She’s our perfectionist, always on the lookout for the smallest detail… even the tiniest weed doesn’t stand a chance!

A 2025 recruit, Estelle traded in her firefighter helmet for a pair of pruning shears!
She’s doing her training with us this season, and we can already tell — she’s got serious potential.

Jacynthe
Horticulturist
Currently studying at the Laval Horticultural Center, Jacynthe joined our team part-time this year.
She’s a fast learner, adapts quickly, and juggles school and work like a pro!
With her dual training underway, there’s no doubt — the future looks bright!
Kelly-Ann
Assistant Horticulturist
New to the team this year as a summer student, Kelly-Ann jumped into her role with heart from day one!
She’s quick to learn, resourceful, and continues to impress us every single day.
Let’s be honest — we’d love to keep her! But come August, she’s off to begin her studies in respiratory therapy.
We’re lucky to have her bright energy with us this summer!

Freshly graduated in horticulture from the École des métiers des Faubourgs de Montréal, Mel B just joined the team… but it already feels like she’s been here forever!
A true ball of positive energy, she blends in naturally and brings good vibes wherever she goes.
With her strong leadership qualities already shining through, there’s no doubt she’ll play an important role on the team!
